3、 Specification for ceiling manhole
1. Process specification
(1) Check the installation of ceiling concealed works, such as air conditioning system, fire sprinkler, smoke sensing system, power supply and distribution system, background music and other line pipes, and check whether they are installed in place and accepted.
(2) The four sides shall be leveled according to the design requirements of the drawing, and the middle part of the shelf shall be arched according to the Convention.
(3) The suspender can be connected with embedded parts or reserved hooks when pouring plates, or it can be fixed and connected after drilling upstairs with expansion screws.
(4) The spacing of suspender keel shall be reasonably distributed according to the data provided by the manufacturer. After the keel is connected and fixed, it shall be leveled through the line.
(5) If all metal parts have no electroplated layer, they must be brushed with antirust oil twice.
(6) The edge of the gypsum board shall be planed into a chamfer, and then combined with the keel with self tapping screws and tightened.
(7) The butt joint of gypsum board shall be reserved for 2-3mm, chamfered, covered with caulking putty, the joint belt shall be embedded in the putty, the chamfered gypsum board shall be filled with putty, and then the board joint shall be leveled with Dali board.
2. Technical standards
(1) If the ceiling and shelf span is 7-10m, it is generally arched by 3 / 1000.
(2) The suspender spacing of the main keel is 900-1200, and the spacing of the main keel is about 600-900mm (or according to the manufacturer's data).
(3) The gypsum board edge in the new territories must have a chamfer of more than 20 * 3, and the construction shall be carried out according to the board joint construction process to ensure that the joint is free of cracks.
(4) Different self tapping screws shall be used for different layers of gypsum board. M4 * 25 is used for single-layer gypsum board and M5 * 35 is used for double-layer gypsum board. The screw spacing shall be greater than 150mm.
(5) The expansion screw embedded in the floor must be firmly welded with the suspender. The common specification of the expansion screw is M8 * 60 or M8 * 80.
(6) The connection between the suspender and the main keel must be firm and reliable without looseness.
3. Material description
(1) Various types of light steel keels approved by the designer shall be adopted for the light steel keel, and the main keel shall be able to bear 800N maintenance load.
(2) The gypsum board is a thick paper gypsum board that meets the design requirements.
(3) The suspender adopts ¢ 10mm Round steel.
(4) Fixing screws: high quality expansion screws above ¢ 10mm are used for the ceiling part, and 5cm long carbon steel self tapping screws are used for the hanging plate part.
(5) Putty and joint belt are required to use the putty and joint belt provided by the original manufacturer of gypsum board. Otherwise, other materials can be used only after the sample and technical index design are signed. Through my answer, I hope the problem can be solved.
